A bit unfair on Seamonkey - clearly the reviewer is not aware of versions or extensions available. If you are doing a review, at least get your facts straight. All in all a useful set of tools that are stable and usable - what else do you want?

It's version 2.0 not 1.x.

The Seamonkey 'Composer' HTML document WYSI(sort of)WYG editor can be useful - even if you use no other part of it.

You must be reviewing the old 1.x version. The current version 2.0 now uses the Firefox 3.5.4 backend, and as a result it is much closer to the the standalone browser, at least in terms of user profiles, add-ons, and functionality of UI elements.
